The Newark Parking Authority’s Green Street project includes 650 parking spaces in a six-level precast concrete parking structure and over 25,000 square feet of office space. This office space will be used by the City of Newark Municipal Court System and will also serve as the new headquarters for the Parking Authority. In addition, 2,500 square feet of retail space will be provided on the ground level.
