Grant Engineering was asked by our client to prepare a concept development plan that included ten (10) senior rental units and 16,000 square feet of commercial space at a major intersection in Millstone Township. We examined the bulk and use guidelines for the zone to develop a concept that allowed our client to begin development discussions with the Township.
