Project Case Study

The Turf Club Residence project consists of ten (10) 2-unit Townhomes in the Springwood Avenue Redevelopment Area. This project is the first residential project on Springwood Avenue in 40 years. It represents a significant development in an area that experienced civil unrest in the 1970s. Interfaith Neighbors, a non-profit with extensive experience in providing new affordable and workforce housing in Asbury Park and Neptune Township, continues to deliver on its mission of Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
