Grant Engineering served as the Planning Board Engineer during the early stages of this Project which consisted of 28 Luxury Oceanside Townhouses. Our role was to ensure the proposed site improvements were consistent with local and state standards, including the City’s Redevelopment Plan, and the State Residential Site Improvement Standards. We reviewed grading, drainage, landscaping, lighting, and sanitary sewer alignment and sizing as part of our comprehensive engineering review of this site plan application.
