Bell Tower Roof Replacement and Structural Upgrades

Grant Engineering was hired to oversee the classroom restoration, and the bell tower roof replacement and reinforcement project for the Sayreville United Methodist Church. These areas suffered significant damage during a severe storm. This $100,000 project involved significant logistics challenges in restoring the timber girders inside the bell tower, and the ornate brick exterior at the crown of the bell tower. GRANT ECG oversaw the design, bidding, and construction process, and was able to constructively work with the contractor to deliver this project on budget and on schedule.
